- You're spending on ads but can't tell what brings customers.
- Your website gets visits but few calls, bookings or requests.

Questions about the audit
Is the Marketing Audit free?
The Marketing Audit is a paid engagement. If we work together afterward, the audit fee is credited toward your project.
How long does it take to get started?
Usually two to four weeks from the start of work to launch. That time goes into strategy, setting up profiles and tracking, and preparing creatives. A new website takes longer and gets its own timeline.
What do you need from me?
Access to your accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Meta ad account, Google Business Profile and website), a short client questionnaire, information about your services, prices and ideal customers, and real photos and videos of your work. And one thing that matters a lot: replying to new inquiries quickly.
Do you only work with businesses in Charlotte?
No. We're based in Charlotte, NC, and work remotely with businesses across the US.
