Inquiries and Marketing Audit requests

Submitting a form, requesting a Marketing Audit or booking a call does not create a client relationship or a contract. We may decline any request. Any audit, proposal or project is provided under a separate written agreement or a written scope we confirm with you, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Services and results

Nothing on this site is a guarantee of specific results, such as a number of leads, sales, rankings or return on ad spend. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, budget and the advertising platforms' own rules.

Case studies and testimonials describe the experience of specific clients. They are not a promise that you will get the same results.

Intellectual property

The site's content, design, logo and other materials belong to GEAN Digital Studio or are used with permission. Client names, logos and project details in case studies belong to their owners and are published with the clients' permission. You may not copy or reuse materials from this site without our written permission, except for normal browsing and sharing links.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site or its forms to send spam, false information, harmful code or unlawful content, use automated tools to submit forms, or try to get around the site's security or interfere with its operation.

Third-party links and services

The site may link to other websites and uses third-party services described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for other websites' content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GEAN Digital Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US $100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not apply to services provided under a separate agreement, which has its own terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
