Laser Hair Removal Studio
A new appointment-based laser hair removal studio that had only Facebook and Instagram accounts. We built its Google presence from scratch: Google Business Profile, website and a clearer online booking flow. Client name withheld for privacy.
Problem
A new studio that local clients couldn't find on Google: no Business Profile, no website and no clear path from search to booking.
Starting point
Only Facebook and Instagram accounts existed. There was no Google account, no Google Business Profile and no website.
Strategy
Make the studio easy to find on Google Maps, Search and social media, and send everyone to one place that answers their questions and lets them book: the website with online booking.
What we set up
- Google account created for the business
- Google Business Profile created from scratch: categories, service structure and business description
- Review of the customer action flow from the profile to booking
- Wix website built from scratch: home, pricing, about, FAQ and contact pages, designed for phones first, with tap-to-call
- Vagaro online booking optimized and built into the website, so visitors can book without leaving it
Results
The website launched in March 2026 and the Business Profile in April, both from zero. Since then the website has become the studio's main entry point: it gets visitors from Google search, Instagram and Facebook, and the Business Profile brings a steady flow of people ready to act, with August the busiest month. Figures come from Wix Analytics and Google Business Profile.

Key insights
- A properly set up Google Business Profile works well for a new local studio.
- Half of the profile views came from Google Maps, so the profile itself, not only the website, is where clients decide.
- Phones dominate: 70% of profile views and 75% of website visits came from mobile, so the profile, website and booking have to work on a phone first.
- Social profiles work as a traffic source, not just a showcase: Instagram and Facebook sent more visitors to the website than Google search.
